VINIFICATION
The must was obtained by direct pressing, followed by decantation.
Fermentation occurred at a controlled temperature of 14–16°C to enhance varietal aromas.
TASTING NOTES
Presents a citrus aroma with notes of orange blossom.
The flavor is fresh and exuberantly fruity, with strong taste impact but a soft and elegant finish.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Ideal to pair with grilled fish or seafood and fresh salads.
Should be served at 10–12°C.
