Cancellation, Exchange, and Return Policy

Warranty

Our products undergo rigorous quality control before being shipped to customers. Our goal is to ensure the integrity of the goods and prevent problems with orders.

Do not accept the pro

duct if it has any of the following conditions:

  • Open or damaged packaging
  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect product
  • Incomplete order

If you receive the product in these conditions, Notify the shipping person that brought the package to you, and take a photograph of the damage. Please contact us by email at admin@coastartwines.pt within 7 (seven) calendar days to request an exchange or return.

Cancellation

According to the EU Consumer Protection Code, customers who make purchases through online stores have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product to register the cancellation or withdrawal from the purchase.

The merchandise must be returned, with shipping paid by the customer, to the company’s address. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the invoice, and in perfect condition. It is essential that the original manufacturer’s seal is intact. The product cannot show any signs of use; otherwise, it will not be accepted.

Refunds will only be processed after our quality control team receives and analyzes the product’s condition.

Exchanges

Products can be exchanged within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt. The intention to exchange must be communicated via email to admin@coastartwines.pt, stating the reason for the request and attaching a copy of the invoice.

The exchange will only be carried out if the product is in perfect condition, without any damage, and in its original packaging.

The product sent for exchange will be analyzed by the CoastArtWines team based on the customer’s complaint.

CoastArtWines has a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to process the exchange.
