VINIFICATION
Vinified using the traditional full maceration process at controlled temperature in stainless steel and
lined cement vats.

TASTING NOTES
It presents an intense garnet color with aromas of red fruits. On the palate, it shows good complexity, with
present but smooth tannins, full-bodied and lively, finishing elegant with a long aftertaste

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Ideal for comfort dishes such as oven-roasted meats, well-seasoned stews, or rich vegetarian
options, from gratins to grilled vegetables.
Should be served at a temperature of 16–17 °C.
